Below are photos from the St. Simon Stock School Green Roof. These were taken on multiple visits to the roof during the 2006 season. If you look closely, you may spot pollinators such as bees and monarch butterflies. Many birds, ladybugs, and grasshoppers have been spotted, and the principal swears she saw a squirrel. The elementary school students at St. Simon Stock have also enjoyed and learned quite a bit on the green roof, but to protect their privacy, they are not shown here.
